Iran is ready to restart nuclear talks with the United States as long as it is treated with "dignity" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has declared.

The Iranian diplomat said solely negotiations was effective, and disclosed recent overtures had come from intermediaries to restart negotiations with the Trump administration. He claimed Iran had zero undeclared nuclear sites, and Tehran had not yet reached a point to authorize the International Atomic Energy Agency to visit attacked atomic facilities for security reasons.
